Operations Field Supervisor

Salary Range: 70,000 – 120,000
Summary of Function:
Atlas Dewatering Corporation is seeking an Operations Field Supervisor with experience in construction dewatering and bypass pumping systems. This position will coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure system installations are completed safely and as per design/contract. Main responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of awarded projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The health and safety of employees, clients and property is a key aspect of this job.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Interact with engineers, clients, consultants, government agencies.
• Visit job sites to review their dewatering/by-pass requirements.
• Ensure installation is completed as per design of dewatering/filtration/treatment/Bypass systems from Management
• Complete proper paperwork for installations to allow invoicing
• Planning, scheduling and implementation of field manpower on projects
• Maintain and track schedule and project timelines.
• Ensure all field staff is following proper company policies.
• Supervise jobsite safety and ensure all paperwork (Safety talks, Equipment inspections, etc.) is being completed by field staff as per COR certification
• Review job specific paperwork with Forman to maintain contract services including but not limited to drawings, utility locates, start-up reports and T & M sheets
• Provide direction and support to Field Staff
• Supervision of bypass pumping and dewatering system installation and teardown
• Ongoing reporting to Atlas’ Senior Management
• Perform site inspections of jobsites and document accordingly
• Coordinate environmental system monitoring
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of equipment and services
• Ensure a specific site visit has been made immediately following demobilization to ensure ALL Atlas’ equipment has been recovered
• Coordinate with Atlas field staff for coordination of installation, monitoring and removal of all Atlas’ equipment
• Respond to after hour emergencies and maintain after hours emergency response plan
• Maintain our procedures for environmental compliance that will further Atlas’ abilities and client base.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Technical college/university graduate or equivalent minimum of 3 years of Supervisor experience.
• Strong interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of groundwater treatment system means and methods.
• Knowledge of dewatering and pumping systems
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Must have a G license in good standing.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
• Must have solid job references and a clean criminal record.
