Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Construction Foreman at Amico Infrastructures, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll be at the heart of the construction process, working closely with crews, engineers, and management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses according to plans and specifications.
• You supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• You advise on the use and availability of construction materials and equipment.
• You calculate material and resource needs based on project timelines.
• You monitor project budgets and report on cost variances and scheduling issues.
• You maintain clear communication with construction crews, clients, and upper management.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• 7+ years of Sewer and Watermain experience
• We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in construction and a passion for leadership. As a Construction Foreman, your ability to manage tasks, teams, and timelines will be key to success. If you enjoy being hands-on, solving problems quickly, and making informed decisions, you will thrive in this role.
• You have proven experience in supervising construction projects and teams.
• You communicate clearly with crews, contractors, and clients.
• You can manage budgets and resources effectively.
• You calculate needs for materials, labor, and scheduling.
• You understand client objectives and ensure they are reflected in project execution.
• Valid G Class driver’s license with clean abstract
