Description

iN4Structure Ltd. is seeking a Construction Estimator with civil/infrastructure experience strongly preferred to join our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting bid submissions, and working closely with project managers and field teams.

Job Details
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In-person

Key Responsibilities
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare cost estimates (labour, materials, equipment)
• Perform quantity take-offs
• Obtain and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotes
• Support bid preparation and submissions
• Track project costs and manage change orders
• Maintain estimating records and supplier lists

Requirements
• 2–5+ years of construction estimating experience (civil/infrastructure preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with B2W Software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

Pay

$70,000 – $120,000 per year Salary will be commensurate with experience; strong candidates above this range may be considered.
