– Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers. Follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
– Provide support to the Senior Project Manager during tendering phase of all projects. Assemble accurate, timely and well-organized estimates and new project set-up documents, including bids, construction management, design builds, cost estimates and control budgets.
– Utilize your technical abilities to analyze drawings and specifications. Coordinate tender process and maintain a good relationship with clients, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, end users and suppliers. Create and issue quotes/proposal submission documents.
– Review bid requirements for projects, prepare and attend site walkthroughs and project site meetings, review and confirm geotechnical conditions, draft risk matrix and prepare take-offs. Assist in creating preliminary budgets for all successful tender projects and change order pricing.
– Assist with the overall management of major infrastructure projects from pre-construction phase until completion.
