Material & Data Facilitation
1. Follow up and analyze data from Project Management team to ensure the field has the necessary information for the next activity.
2. Participate and lead discussions in multi-media platforms and ensure closure of tasks/activities.
3. Coordinate with PM team the selection, pricing, delivery of required materials.
4. Ensure all production teams are educated on the correct designs, materials, executed methods are being completed efficiently.
5. Chair a weekly meeting with Foreman and Site supernatant for each project – including minutes and action items, along with that ensure meeting information and actions items are followed through.

Production Metrics
1. Analyze and maintain production scorecard and dashboard for Sr. Management and Directors.
2. Develops and evaluates KPI’s for production teams and presents as required to Operations Director. Speaks to trends, provide analysis and suggested action items.
3. Investigate production efficiencies/deficiencies and provide root cause analysis for trends to Operations team including daily, weekly reporting.
4. Identify areas of improvement or complexity that may require additional resources for production team (SOP’s, job aides, videos etc)
5. Track efficiencies of hydrovac trucks, broker trucks, overall production, cost tracking per day week month

Utility Locate QC
1. Oversight of utility locate maps, quality control, excavation limits/located areas
2. Verify project scope, reference points, measurements, missing utilities/participating members’ follow up
3. Order remarks, reject locate packages (quality) and work with locating service on any/all follow ups including Private locates.
4. Record and analysis of cycle times for each project.
5. Monitor for safety and other alerts – communicate with appropriate departments.
6. Review timesheets, tickets and follow up as appropriate.

Fleet Efficiency Management
1. Oversight of daily trucking usage, scheduling, efficiencies, downtime via Samsara
2. Monitor truck routes, GPS alerts, idling/downtime for efficiencies and compliance.
3. Monitor broker trucks for start times, idle times, usage and efficiencies.
4. Record and analysis of cycle times for each project.
5. Monitor for safety and other alerts – communicate with appropriate departments.
6. Review timesheets, tickets and follow up as appropriate.

Site Infrastructure Coordination
1. Coordination of site infrastructure – fuel, structures/trailers, facilities/washrooms and all maintenance of infrastructure (services, repairs etc.).
2. Confirmation of billing, usage, rentals, rates, delivery and follow ups.
3. Confirmation/monitoring of rentals, equipment etc.

Aggregate Supply Coordination
1. Ensure material availability when required
2. Analysis of supplied aggregates’ quality and follow up with Gravel Pits
3. Monitor and analyse gravel pit downtimes

Production Schedule Coordination
1. Produce, update and distribute 2-week lookaheads for each project
2. Coordinate with Operations Management, contingency planning.
3. Communicate plan, goals and objectives, critical path, subcontractor performance.

Equipment Compliance
1. Monitor safety inspections for compliance, repair coordination
2. Follow up with appropriate persons
3. Verify completion of various audits re: equipment audits etc

Daily Huddle Preparation/Execution
1. Attend site meetings/huddles analyze for content, adherence to BXC standards.
2. Ensure huddle content is relevant, supportive of BXC initiatives and safety protocols.
3. Assess effectiveness of close out tasks
4. Report issues to Superintendent as required.
