The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, managing office equipment, communicating with clients, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration duties.
Responsibilities
Managing incoming documents from different sources and filing them accordingly.
Organize and separate folders per job and crew.
Keep calendars updated.
Clerical tasks as required, such as printing, collating, and circulating reports and materials.
Keep track of office supplies and equipment to order as needed.
Manage and direct calls.
Organize, monitor and file documentation daily to ensure the workflow.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills.
Proficiency in handling office equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, etc.).
Data Entry Skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Experience in office administration tasks.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work on a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience or knowledge in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
