Description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, managing office equipment, communicating with clients, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration duties.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming documents from different sources and filing them accordingly.
  • Organize and separate folders per job and crew.
  • Keep calendars updated.
  • Clerical tasks as required, such as printing, collating, and circulating reports and materials.
  • Keep track of office supplies and equipment to order as needed.
  • Manage and direct calls.
  • Organize, monitor and file documentation daily to ensure the workflow.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Data Entry Skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in office administration tasks.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
