Location: Burlington and GTA

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and teardown of HDD drilling equipment and job sites
Support drill operations, including handling drill rods, tooling, and materials
Mix and manage drilling fluids (bentonite and additives)
Operate basic hand tools and small equipment as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
Assist with locating and exposing underground utilities (daylighting)
Follow direction from the drill operator and foreman
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Qualifications

· Previous construction or HDD experience preferred

· Knowledge of underground utility work is an asset

· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, working outdoors)

· Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures

· Valid driver’s license (Class G or equivalent preferred)

· Willingness to travel to various job sites

· Ability to work long hours, weekends, and overtime when required
